– Support by coordinator with the internet service provider (ISP)
Firewall :
– Firewall for network policy, identifying hardware problem, maintain hardware and hardware claim process in case of product is under warranty.
Network Attached Storage (NAS) :
– Cannot Access to NAS, identifying hardware problem.
Switch :
– Switch for Network configuration, identifying Hardware problem, maintain hardware and hardware claim process in case of product is under warranty.
FTP :
– FTP Connection Problem.
